Class Description

Body Blast: If you are looking for a total body workout, you will love Body Blast! Torch fat in this fun and challenging class and you will increase your aerobic endurance and strength and while toning your entire body. This intense workout is the perfect way to start off your week!

HITT Camp: High Intensity Interval Training Camp combines strength training with short high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. This type of training has been used by athletes to improve performance, but it's also been shown to benefit the average exerciser. HIIT training not only helps performance, it also improves the ability of the muscles to burn fat.

Hard Core & Cardio Conditioning: Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities. You will work on improving your overall aerobic endurance while toning and condition your entire core. This class will improve lower back pain and help your body move properly both during physical activity and everyday movement, otherwise known as functional fitness. Hard Core & Cardio Conditioning will focus on endurance training, balance, core stabilization, and dynamic exercises to help shrink you waistline. We will work to tone and condition all major muscles of the torso with the aim of increasing spinal stability, essential for proper posture and health.

Athletic Training: You're about to become much more than just a weekend warrior! This overall conditioning and toning workout is composed of drills that are sure to complement your weekend activities. We incorporate upper and lower body exercises into one dynamite athletic conditioning class. So, whether you like to spend your weekends hiking, biking, swimming, playing sports, or keeping up with your kids, our Athletic Training class will help you get more out of your favorite thrills and hobbies!

NOTE: Modifications for all fitness levels are provided in every class.


Each camper is asked to bring a set of weights and an exercise mat to class, we will provide the rest!

We use a large variety of equipment in each class to keep the workouts different, you will never do the same workout back to back. Your coaches select the equipment that fits the focus for each day. We will use any of the following tools in class: TRX, Battle Ropes, Gliding Disc, Agility Ladder, Agility Rings, Hurdles, Balancing Pods, Jump Ropes, Resistance Tubes, Ankle Bands, Medicine Balls, and more!
